Sales Compensation Analyst

Location: Westchester, Illinois, United States; minimal travel required, with occasional travel for planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, system implementations, or leadership reviews. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in the country where the position is located.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Support recurring commission calculations, payout preparation, exception tracking, and compensation reporting for assigned sales populations.
• Validate compensation data inputs, files, reports, dashboards, and administrative records.
• Research routine stakeholder questions and compensation exceptions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Support ICM and system updates, testing, plan administration, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist Finance and FP&A with periodic incentive plan expense estimates for quarterly and annual accruals.
• Contribute to data quality improvements and process discipline during high-volume compensation cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in compensation, finance operations, sales operations, HR operations, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
• Ability to apply approved plan rules, validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve routine calculation issues.
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive deliverables and determine when issues require escalation.
• Legal entitlement to work in the United States is required.
