Mortgage Loan Officer (Mortgages)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $41,250–$68,750 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions according to lending guidelines and customer requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, prospect for new clients, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, financial analysis, and sales.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, selling, scheduling, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain customer focus and manage business risks in accordance with the enterprise risk framework.
• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience and/or completion of a formal development program; comparable education, certification, or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must work in the St. Louis, Missouri office environment.
