Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Design experiments to confirm the mechanisms of action of small-molecule hits from binding and virtual screens.
• Develop, optimize, and run cell-based assays to profile on-target and off-target activity.
• Adapt assays for medium- to high-throughput screening, dose-response analysis, and IC50 generation.
• Review literature and interpret experimental data to support internal immunology targets and therapeutic programs.
• Manage CROs for reagent development and in vitro testing when needed.
• Collaborate with chemists, computational scientists, and other multidisciplinary teams to guide project decisions.

Requirements

• PhD in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field with 3+ years of small-molecule drug discovery experience, or an MSc with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in immunology and immune signaling pathways.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cell culture, cell-based assays, reporter assays, gene and protein expression, and intracellular techniques.
• Proficiency in primary cell isolation, differentiation, culture, and flow cytometry.
• Experience establishing robust small-molecule dose-response assays and generating IC50 data.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaborative research skills.
