Middle of Line Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, FMEA documents, Control Plans, KPIV/KPOV definitions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Optimize middle-of-line processes to improve product quality, yield, manufacturing efficiency, and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Evaluate materials, tooling, and process technologies for reliability and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with equipment, quality, maintenance, and production teams on corrective and preventive actions for quality issues and customer complaints.
• Support new package and product qualifications, process transfers, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with transfer molding, automated visual inspection machines, cut or singulation processes, or laser marking.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging or process manufacturing is preferred.
