Director, Global Quality (Datacenter Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global quality strategy for datacenter rack manufacturing operations.
• Lead quality organizations across manufacturing sites, regions, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Own quality readiness across EVT, DVT, pilot, production validation, and mass production.
• Drive manufacturing quality controls, process capability, automated inspection, analytics, and performance improvement.
• Lead supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, reliability programs, and customer quality escalations.
• Standardize quality systems, governance, traceability, CAPA, compliance, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• 8+ years leading global quality organizations across multiple sites and regions.
• Experience with datacenter infrastructure, servers, networking, electronics, electromechanical systems, or related manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and reliability engineering.
• Proven experience leading supplier quality and contract manufacturing ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud, datacenter, server, storage, networking, or rack integration products.
• Experience with ODM, EMS, automated manufacturing, digital quality systems, or predictive analytics.
