Director, AI Product Owner

Location: Toronto, ON — Toronto-81 Bay, 21st Floor. The work arrangement will include a proportion of on-site and remote work, discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Own and continuously prioritize the AI use-case backlog based on ROI, feasibility, and reusability.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product briefs, actionable decisions, and clear success criteria.
• Maintain a visible, actionable roadmap across the AI product portfolio.
• Identify and productize reusable AI components, models, and delivery patterns.
• Communicate AI capabilities and the delivery pipeline to stakeholders across business lines.
• Partner with senior leadership on portfolio progress, ROI realization, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including roadmap ownership and strategic prioritization in data, analytics, or AI environments.
• Technical fluency in AI solutions and the ability to work credibly with data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Experience understanding operations workflows; financial services operations experience is preferred for evaluating business value and AI feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and senior leadership presentation skills.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
