hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Execute and manage audit engagements for construction clients from planning through completion.
• Manage engagement budgets, perform fieldwork, direct staff, and complete financial statements and disclosures.
• Review client accounting and operating procedures.
• Develop and assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Prepare financial statement disclosures and reportable condition correspondence.
• Communicate technical matters proactively with staff, management, and clients.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of public accounting audit experience, including financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
• Current CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including infrequent overnight travel.
