Senior Consultant - Business & IT Consultancy

What you will do

• Lead complex consulting assignments and take ownership of client engagements.
• Manage trusted relationships with clients and contribute to business development.
• Work in client-embedded teams or multidisciplinary fixed-price project teams.
• Apply project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design skills.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across public sector, financial services, EU affairs, defence and security, and industry clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional consulting experience.
• Experience contributing to or leading client-facing digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in one or more areas such as IT advisory, project management, business analysis, Agile/Scrum, architectural design, ESG, or product management.
• Hands-on Agile experience, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, good working knowledge of the other national language, and fluency in English.
• Business process knowledge in the public sector, financial services, or industry is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, ArchiMate, Leading SAFe, PSPO I, PSPO II, or Scrum.org certification.
• Experience with target operating models or product management.
