Consultant Business Analytics & Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Analyze client business challenges and develop tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Support the design and delivery of market research, analytics, and consulting projects.
• Create client-ready presentations, reports, and other project deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning and manage specific workstreams when appropriate.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or another quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, market research, business intelligence, commercial excellence, or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and genuine interest in data.
• Good understanding of business processes and commercial decision-making.
• Strong communication, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Native-level Dutch or French and fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience managing consulting project workstreams.
