What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients entering the banking centre.
• Engage clients to understand their immediate needs and identify opportunities.
• Help clients manage their accounts, products, and day-to-day banking needs.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members to support their goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital tools.

Requirements

• Client-first approach with strong customer engagement and service skills.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, solve problems, and take ownership of client issues.
• Knowledge of financial services products and day-to-day banking needs.
• Digital confidence and ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
