Web Experience Coordinator (AI)

Location: Kitchener, Ontario; in-person work from a hirify.global office required

Salary: $800–$1,150 CAD per week

What you will do

• Support website updates, web content delivery, site architecture, usability, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing teams on web-based communication strategies.
• Analyze website traffic and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support marketing automation, list management, and campaign execution.
• Collect and organize marketing analytics and data.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and not graduating before the co-op term.
• Available to work 40 hours per week and work in person from a hirify.global office.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, web content, campaign management, business-to-business social media, and project management principles.
• Strong written, oral, analytical, research, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, MS Excel, technical tasks, multitasking, and rapidly changing priorities.
• Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.

Nice to have

• Enrollment in marketing, communications, web development, or programming.
• Experience with WordPress or similar systems.
