Assistant Lawyer (Regulatory Law)

What you will do

• Manage a personal caseload of professional regulatory matters.
• Handle cases from start to finish with appropriate supervision.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver compassionate, client-focused support.
• Work collaboratively with an experienced Professional Regulatory and Crime team.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer, solicitor, legal executive, or equivalent professional.
• Ideally 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience or a strong interest in regulatory law.
• Ability to manage deadlines and progress cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach when supporting clients affected by traumatic events.

• Experience with electronic case management systems.
