TL;DR
Paralegal (International Arbitration): Supporting complex international arbitration, cross-border litigation, enforcement, and related disputes matters with an accent on filings, evidence management, legal research, and hearing preparation. What you will do

  • Support lawyers and case teams on international arbitration, cross-border litigation, enforcement, and related disputes matters.
  • Prepare, draft, format, proofread, cite-check, and finalise filings, written submissions, memorials, witness statements, expert reports, and hearing materials.
  • Organise pleadings, evidence, exhibits, authorities, correspondence, databases, electronic data, and document-management systems.
  • Prepare chronologies, factual summaries, exhibit lists, hearing indexes, witness materials, and other case-management tools.
  • Coordinate translation, e-discovery, document-management, printing, binding, and hearing-support vendors, as well as experts, witnesses, local counsel, and other case participants.
  • Support pre-hearing, hearing, and post-hearing activities, including hearing bundles, logistics, exhibit control, transcripts, and final hearing records.

Requirements

  • Approximately five or more years of litigation, arbitration, or international disputes experience in a mid-to-large-size law firm or comparable professional environment.
  • Substantive familiarity with international arbitration processes, including institutional and ad hoc rules such as SIAC, ICC, ICSID, PCA, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and ICDR.
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong proofreading, cite-checking, legal research, organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus document-management, collaboration, review, and AI-assisted platforms such as Teams, Relativity, Microsoft Copilot, or Harvey.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Onsite hearings, overtime, evenings, weekends, and travel may be required.
