Associate, Portfolio Lifecycle Management (Asset-Backed Financing)

What you will do

• Service syndicated and bilateral warehouse facilities focused on asset-backed financing.
• Coordinate with agent banks, clients, trading partners, and internal Trading, Strats, Legal, Tax, Controllers, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Support structured transactions including purchases, acquisitions, and securitizations involving residential and commercial real estate and consumer loan pools.
• Maintain accurate books and records, complete regulatory reporting, and meet key risk indicators and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and control enhancements to reduce risk and support client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in the offered role or a related role.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data aggregation, formulas, submissions, and summary reports.
• Experience creating senior-management reports and presentation summaries with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience querying loan data with SQL in Aqua Data Studios and tracking issues with Jira.
• Experience with external audit requests, Federal Reserve regulatory submissions, loan product creation, and trade booking support.
