What you will do

• Lead and oversee direct and indirect commercial loan activities.
• Develop lending policies aligned with strategic business goals.
• Review and approve loan applications within delegated authority.
• Negotiate loan terms and ensure accurate agreements.
• Monitor the commercial loan portfolio and maintain strong credit quality.
• Develop new markets, grow commercial relationships, and collaborate with internal teams on business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent banking experience.
• 7–10 years of commercial lending experience, including complex transactions.
• Formal credit training and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated success meeting business development goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
