Project Specialist Intern Tiering

Location: Chengdu, China

A global pharmaceutical organization providing business operations support across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, R&D, Data, and Digital functions.

What you will do

• Coordinate with business partners, local team members, and country medical leads to support HCP data transfers to the tiering system.
• Perform data quality checks and help identify abnormalities in monitored data under guidance.
• Assist with monitoring, verification, and expert reporting.
• Analyze expert credentials and areas of expertise under supervision to support tier-level determination.
• Manage requests through a centralized mailbox or request platform and help prioritize them according to business needs.
• Contribute to process training, local tool adoption, and identification of process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, teamwork, and basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous internship or project experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences is beneficial but not required.
