What you will do

• Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of clinical trial projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project managers to support project success and professional development.
• Monitor project performance metrics and risk indicators, addressing issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive project management experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35% as required.
