Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst - Contractor (AI)

What you will do

• Process revenue orders by reviewing terms, approvals, configurations, and booking criteria.
• Administer Salesforce, Kugamon CPQ, Clari, and related sales platforms, including level-one field sales support.
• Develop Salesforce custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and advise sales representatives on revenue, ACV, and financial expectations.
• Build sales reports and dashboards, analyze operational data, and identify process bottlenecks.
• Train field teams, document workflows, recommend improvements, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Mastery of Salesforce Cases, Assets, Install Base, Orders, Reporting, and platform navigation.
• Experience with a CPQ system; Kugamon experience is preferred.
• Practical fluency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Salesforce AI features for analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• 3–5 years of analytical and problem-solving experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
• BA/BS degree in a business-oriented field and proven experience completing cross-functional projects.
• Strong attention to detail, self-management, stakeholder influence, and ability to work with limited supervision.
