Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst - Contractor (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Review revenue orders, terms, quote approvals, and configurations to ensure clean booking criteria.
• Provide first-level field sales support and administer Salesforce, Kugamon CPQ, Clari, and related sales platforms.
• Develop Salesforce custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and other platform enhancements.
• Monitor forecasting accuracy and advise sales representatives on revenue, ACV, and financial expectations.
• Design and maintain sales reports and dashboards, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and identify process bottlenecks.
• Train field teams, document sales workflows, improve end-to-end processes, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Mastery of Salesforce.com Cases, Assets/Install Base/Orders, reporting, and platform navigation.
• Experience with a CPQ system; Kugamon experience is preferred.
• Practical experience applying AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Salesforce AI features to analysis, reporting, or process documentation.
• 3–5 years of analytical and problem-solving experience in sales or revenue operations.
• BA/BS degree in a business-oriented field and proven experience completing projects.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, work independently, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and meet tight timelines.
