Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own the reliability of revenue recognition processes from Salesforce screen flows through Alteryx financial reports.
• Diagnose and resolve Salesforce data anomalies, mapping issues, configuration defects, workflow problems, and integration failures.
• Update subscription line history and integrate missing variable revenue streams into reporting pipelines.
• Manage and prioritize RevOps tickets, including bugs, incidents, and feature requests, with the Revenue Operations Tech Lead.
• Automate and secure sales commission business rules for Channel Manager and Ads, including testing, documentation, and communication.
• Support FP&A with revenue impact analysis, Salesforce reports for Anaplan, and long-term process recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Business Applications Consulting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce configuration and data quality issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to financial reporting, revenue recognition, or financial close processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Alteryx, and Anaplan.
• French at C2 level required.
• Professional fluency in English required.
