System Administration (Windows/VMware/Cloud)

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; availability to work in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and flexibility to travel if needed

What you will do

• Manage client systems data and provide day-to-day infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain security compliance across platforms and services.
• Oversee assignment queues and prioritize tickets with technicians.
• Solve complex system administration problems and identify potential future issues.
• Recommend modernization options and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with VMware ESX.
• Experience managing public and private cloud environments, especially on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Availability to work in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and travel when needed.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code.
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services.
