What you will do

• Administer the Wave transformation management platform and related reporting tools.
• Configure workstreams, initiatives, users, dashboards, workflows, templates, permissions, and reporting structures.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of initiative, milestone, financial, and reporting data.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards for transformation and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor initiative execution, milestone completion, stage-gate progression, reporting compliance, risks, and overdue actions.
• Support financial tracking, value realization, user training, platform adoption, and continuous system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, analytics, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in PMO, business analytics, program management support, systems administration, reporting, or transformation environments.
• Experience administering enterprise reporting or portfolio management systems.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI management, executive dashboards, data audits, and data quality initiatives.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding, data interpretation, governance, executive communication, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
