Software Engineer - New Grad (AI) (Python/TypeScript/React/MongoDB): Building customer-facing AI applications, data pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, and scalable tools for public-sector and enterprise use with an accent on reliable models, high-volume data processing, and product engineering. Focus on developing agentic systems, RAG applications, fraud detection, matching algorithms, and observable and testable AI infrastructure.

What you will do
- Build and ship customer-facing AI products and full-stack web applications.
- Create reinforcement learning, post-training data, and evaluation pipelines for frontier models.
- Develop agentic AI applications and tooling that makes systems observable, testable, and safe to deploy.
- Build fraud-detection, contributor-quality, matching, and large- task management systems.
- Create efficient UI/UX tooling and AI infrastructure for contributors completing complex tasks at .
- Develop RAG applications and integrate machine learning models into customer systems.
Requirements
- Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Product or software engineering experience building full-stack web applications, integrating APIs and services, working with customers, and iterating on products.
- Previous product or software engineering internship experience.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at and building systems that process large volumes of data.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, evaluations, or agentic systems through internships, research, or personal projects.
- Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
