Software Engineer - New Grad (AI): Building customer-facing AI applications, data pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, and scalable tools for enterprise and public-sector use with an accent on machine learning systems, product engineering, and large-scale data processing. Focus on developing agentic applications, reliable model evaluation, fraud detection, contributor matching, and RAG systems.

What you will do
- Build customer-facing AI applications and products for enterprise and public-sector customers.
- Develop reinforcement learning, post-training data, and large- data processing pipelines.
- Create evaluation infrastructure for measuring model reliability and tooling for observable, testable, and safe agentic AI systems.
- Build fraud detection, contributor quality estimation, and advanced matching systems for 's platform.
- Develop scalable UI/UX and AI tooling for contributors completing complex tasks.
- Create AI infrastructure, customer service RAG applications, and integrations with machine learning models.
Requirements
- Graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Product engineering experience building full-stack web applications, integrating APIs and services, working with customers, and iterating on products.
- Previous Product or Software Engineering internship experience.
- Experience shipping high-quality products and features at and building systems that process large volumes of data.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB.
- Residency and employment in Qatar require permissions, visas, and permits issued by Qatari authorities.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, model evaluations, or agentic systems.
- Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped side projects.
