Working Party Aircraft Technician (Systems)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; on-site aircraft maintenance role

What you will do

• Manage complex, high-value, cross-functional modification and repair working parties in compliance with EASA and FAR Part 145 airworthiness regulations.
• Perform upgrade embodiment, major repairs, fleet-wide repairs, scheduled inspections, and modifications on external customer aircraft.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, environmental, flight control, engine, and landing gear systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and system-specific tools to diagnose faults and complete repairs.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel to solve complex system problems.
• Document maintenance activities, parts, and labor accurately while maintaining safety, tool-control, and equipment-calibration standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.
• Proven aircraft or systems technician experience, including line and base maintenance during heavy maintenance projects.
• 15–20 years of experience in the aeronautical industry, preferably in MRO Part 145 or aircraft manufacturing Part 21.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, flight controls, engines, landing gear, maintenance manuals, diagnostic equipment, and applicable EASA/FAA regulations.
• EASA Part 66 or another aircraft maintenance license is advantageous; hirify.global A380/A350 flight-test aircraft experience is also advantageous.
• Negotiation-level English is required. The role also requires physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment, as well as strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global A380/A350 flight-test aircraft.
• EASA Part 66 or another aircraft maintenance license.
• French or other additional languages.
