Facade Structural Engineer

What you will do

• Manage complex facade projects through detailed design, construction, and remedial stages.
• Supervise construction projects and manage their technical and commercial aspects.
• Conduct facade diagnosis inspections and prepare reports.
• Perform factory and site inspections, including testing and visual performance mock-ups.
• Resolve complex project issues and maintain construction checklist templates.
• Provide guidance and line management for junior team members and contribute to research publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in facade design and engineering is preferred.
• Ability to manage technical and commercial project responsibilities.
• Ability to work on a project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including factory and site inspections.
