What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage USACE-approved Quality Control Plans for federal construction projects.
• Lead and document the Three-Phase Quality Control process: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain Daily Quality Control Reports.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, deficiency tracking, corrective actions, and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with USACE and NAVFAC representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Use RMS/QCS, Procore, and construction scheduling software for reporting and progress tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of construction quality control experience, including 3 years on federal projects.
• Ability to review confidential U.S. security information and pass a security clearance investigation.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and applicable codes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to respond on call and travel when required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• USACE/NAVFAC QC/QA certification.
• 30-Hour OSHA/EM 385 certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
