Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (MidAtlantic) Remote

Location: 100% remote in the United States; U.S. applicants and employees only

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour; $18.00–$24.00 per hour in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington

hirify.global operates a global online vehicle auction platform connecting vehicle sellers with buyers through technology, processes, and auction facilities.

What you will do

• Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pickup details and obtain release authorizations.
• Speak with vehicle owners, arrange transportation, and coordinate three-way calls with shops or tow companies.
• Help coordinate the removal of personal items from vehicles.
• Use the DeCode This tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and interaction notes in company systems.
• Make 100+ calls and process 60+ live lots daily while participating in weekly Teams meetings.

Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong phone and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and basic 10-key familiarity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace and professional virtual appearance; occasional overtime required.
