Retention and Recovery Specialist

What you will do

• Interact with clients and client representatives by phone, email, and mail to secure the return of company rental equipment.
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries about shipments, products, complaints, and account issues.
• Investigate problems, provide scripted or non-scripted solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Make outbound calls regarding equipment returns, coverage changes, cancellations, and private-pay options.
• Document calls, messages, complaints, customer files, and sensitive materials securely.
• Identify communication trends, recommend process improvements, and maintain productivity and quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Zero or more years of experience accepted.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Comfort with extended sitting, frequent phone, headset, computer use, and data entry; occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
