Location: Onsite at 180 N KING ST, Northampton, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and delivering pharmacy programs.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing procedures, insurance and licensure issues, HIPAA, SOP, quality assurance, and compliance execution.
• Lead and develop Associates through hiring, training, mentoring, performance feedback, recognition, and delegation.
• Build a culture of patient safety, medication accuracy, counseling, error reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory flow, ordering, merchandise presentation, pricing, and pharmacy and OTC sales performance.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting while supporting community outreach and customer-service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Work onsite at the Northampton, Massachusetts pharmacy location.
• Ability to maintain pharmacy, patient-safety, HIPAA, legal, and regulatory compliance.
