House Manager

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin, USA; daily on-site presence required

Salary: USD 55,700–62,300 per year, based on education level

What you will do

• Oversee the operations of 2–4 assigned residential program sites and group homes.
• Manage residential caseloads, household and individual budgets, schedules, and team meetings.
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, and IPPs.
• Coordinate with families, case managers, and other stakeholders.
• Orient, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise direct-care employees.
• Conduct investigations and initiate disciplinary actions or terminations when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience, including hiring, discipline, and terminations.
• At least 1 year of full-time direct experience supporting people with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Experience with mental health, challenging behaviors, crisis management, and behavioral interventions is preferred.
• Successful background clearance, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance are required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during typical office hours and participate in an on-call rotation covering weekends and odd hours.
