What you will do
- Support live transaction execution by preparing client information request lists, deal timetables, information memoranda, financial databooks, and models.
- Liaise with clients and support buyer review, market outreach, and management of questions from potential buyers.
- Review offers and prepare transaction modelling and offer summaries.
- Manage virtual data rooms, coordinate calls and meetings, and provide due diligence status updates.
- Support funds flow, enterprise-value-to-equity documents, stakeholder coordination, and client financial analysis.
- Assist with pitch materials, valuation and transaction research, business development, and professional networking.
Requirements
- Ideally a fully qualified accountant with ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualification and at least three years of professional experience; outstanding part-qualified candidates may also be considered.
- Good understanding of M&A processes and concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, planning, organisation, collaboration, client care, business awareness, drive, and commitment to self-development.
- Ability to work on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
