BGAD: Senior Construction Scheduler (Contingency)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and prepare what-if scenarios for project decision-making.
• Apply schedule risk management, contingency planning, critical path analysis, and schedule integrity reviews.
• Build resource-loaded schedules, produce histograms, and provide schedule insights and progress reports.
• Coordinate sequencing with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to support timely program delivery.
• Use Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and preferably Power BI.
• Support proposals, capture activities, and long-range program growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably on major infrastructure or water projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Understanding of EVM, SPI, schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement.
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with project stakeholders.
• Travel may be required to support manufacturing sites, suppliers, and customers.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• New Molecule Energetics scale-up experience and EVMS experience.
• Experience with capture, proposal development, or program growth initiatives.
• Executive-level communication and presentation experience.
