Senior Implementation Consultant (Supply Chain Risk Management)

What you will do

• Own customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful completion.
• Lead customer meetings and workshops to gather requirements, understand processes, and define objectives.
• Configure solutions, provide user training, and guide customers in maximizing platform value.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, documentation, and customer expectations.
• Apply supply chain and supply chain risk management expertise to provide practical recommendations.
• Support pre-sales through solution scoping, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and implementation planning.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in supply chain management, including procurement, supplier management, sustainability, supply chain operations, or supply chain risk.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, implementation, project management, PMO, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, workstreams, or customer engagements from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically in supply chain risk management or with supply chain risk, procurement, supplier management, compliance, resilience, third-party risk, or supplier intelligence software.
• Experience with a supply chain risk technology provider, competitor, or consultancy.
• Knowledge of geopolitical risk and third-party risk management.
