Senior IT Recruiter (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, ML/AI, Platform, and Data functions.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, sourcing methods, and assessment approaches.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, competitor analysis, and engagement of passive candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data, track performance metrics, and provide insights for hiring decisions.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements across the hiring funnel.
• Support candidate experience, employer branding, and cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing product companies or scale-ups.
• Experience recruiting for the Polish technology talent market is required.
• Strong stakeholder, offer management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment, reporting, performance metrics, and modern sourcing tactics.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, office-first model.
