Sales Specialist (Italy)

Location: Europe; fully remote

Global product IT company operating an international hiring platform that aggregates job openings from multiple sources across 66 countries.

What you will do

• Convert warm registrations from Italian businesses into long-term clients, with an 80% inbound and 20% outbound sales mix.
• Process incoming leads, identify recruitment pain points, and present tailored product value propositions by phone.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, handle objections, and close deals during phone interactions.
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and improve call-to-close conversion rates.
• Record calls, sales activities, and forecasts accurately in the CRM system.
• Share insights from customer conversations with the product team to improve the local Italy market strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in IT or HR Tech, focused on warm leads and phone-based closing.
• Exceptional phone communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Result-oriented and self-driven approach focused on call-to-close conversion targets.
• English at Intermediate level (B1) or higher for internal international communication.
• Native or fluent Italian.
