Cost Invoicing (AR) Specialist (Finance Operations): Managing end-to-end cost invoicing, including cost validation, invoice preparation, discrepancy resolution, and billing record maintenance, with an accent on accounting controls, reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on improving billing accuracy, supporting financial close activities, and producing financial reports for global finance operations.
Location: Manila, One Ayala Tower 2, Philippines

What you will do
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate cost invoices based on bill schedules and business requirements.
- Validate recharge costs, intercompany charges, project expenses, and other bill inputs.
- Investigate invoic discrepancies, reconcile variances, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
- Maintain bill records, audit trails, support documents, and financial data.
- Produce management reports, dashboards, and bill analyses.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial clos while improv processes and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in invoic, bill, accounts receivable, cost control, or a similar finance function.
- Strong knowledge of accruals, cost allocation, revenue recognition, and other account concepts.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, analytical think, and problem-solv skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions and cultural backgrounds.
Nice to have
- CPA, CMA, or CFA certification.
- Bank industry experience.
