Global AR Cash Applications Analyst (Cash Application/Bank Reconciliation): Managing end-to-end cash application, payment allocation, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction accuracy in Manila with an accent on discrepancy resolution, unidentified receipt investigation, and audit compliance. Focus on clearing and posting transactions, BlackLine reconciliation, month-end close activities, and continuous process improvement.

What you will do
- Manage accurate and timely cash application and allocation.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and unidentified trade and non-trade receipts with Credit and Collections, Treasury, AP Payments, RTR, local teams, and other stakeholders.
- Clear and post transactions, conduct mid-month and monthly bank reconciliations, and complete monthly BlackLine reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, audits, business continuity planning, and daily cash reporting.
- Respond to customer account reconciliation and payment application inquiries while maintaining confidential audit records.
- Drive process improvements and learn and teach new processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in cash application and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP and other ERP systems.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, detail-oriented, and accuracy skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment.
