Engineer Sr, Mfg Process Sustaining

What you will do

• Own product definition, technical performance, and manufacturing execution for assigned Cloud products.
• Act as the primary technical contact between Manufacturing and R&D for product-related topics.
• Support product industrialization from development through volume production, including BOMs, drawings, specifications, and configuration control.
• Execute product engineering activities for new product introduction, product transfer, production ramp, qualification, and lifecycle support.
• Analyze and improve product yield, performance, quality, and cost through root cause analysis and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with local and global engineering teams and communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to support manufacturing readiness, product qualification, documentation release, and engineering change management.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, Test, and Reliability.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing and field issues.
• Commitment to EHS policies, safe work practices, and continuous improvement.
