Account Coordinator, Paid Social (Paid Media)

Location: US remote; roles open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Newburyport, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and San Francisco. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $47,900–$60,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build, launch, and implement paid social campaigns, including plans, objectives, schedules, and account tasks.
• Traffic creative assets, manage campaign progress, and optimize account performance.
• Collect, analyze, and process large datasets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and make optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate across internal teams, participate in client meetings and presentations, and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of paid social experience, with Facebook Ads experience required.
• Comfort with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns.
• Ability to work independently, learn social channels quickly, and grow responsibilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

• Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
