GTM Engineer (AI Automation)

Location: Berlin, Germany; fully on-site at the Berlin office

What you will do

• Build systems that combine account data, buying signals, and AI research to create qualified pipeline.
• Develop enrichment, qualification, routing, and product-signal workflows for sales and customer success.
• Automate account preparation, meeting follow-ups, CRM updates, and handovers while preserving human judgment.
• Connect CRM, product data, enrichment sources, and GTM tools through APIs and automation.
• Run commercial experiments, measure pipeline, conversion, and time savings, and scale what works.
• Test AI outputs, handle failures, protect data privacy, document workflows, and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• Experience building useful automations, workflows, tools, or software and explaining their measurable impact.
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels and the relationship between workflows, pipeline quality, conversion, and productivity.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, structured data, connected tools, debugging, and code when needed.
• Confidence using AI and automation tools; relevant examples include hirify.global, Clay, and n8n.
• Ability to turn ambiguous commercial problems into testable ideas and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Ability to work in person from the Berlin office.
