Senior Manager - Cyber Security Engineers (Cyber Security)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and daily operation of continuous cyber security control validation.
• Direct automated testing across cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, application delivery pipelines, AI applications, large-language-model use cases, and model supply chains.
• Translate approved threat scenarios and intelligence into repeatable validation tests aligned with business risk.
• Manage findings through aggregation, deduplication, ownership, remediation targets, and deployment approval gates.
• Maintain reporting on open findings, remediation performance, threat coverage, pipeline-gate pass rates, and prompt-injection block rates.
• Lead technical specialists and maintain clear boundaries between first-line validation and second-line independent red teaming.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in cyber security engineering, offensive security, adversarial validation, or comparable enterprise assurance functions.
• Experience replacing periodic manual penetration testing with continuous or automated control validation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure security, application delivery pipelines, and security testing automation.
• Practical experience with autonomous penetration-testing platforms such as AWS Security Agent, Horizon3, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI red-teaming tools including Garak, PyRIT, Claude Security or Opus 4.x, and Codex.
• Experience with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, threat intelligence, vulnerability prioritisation, remediation governance, and executive security reporting.
