Strategic Security Advisor (AI Security)

What you will do

• Build Security Account Success Plans with executive sponsors, aligning business objectives, threat landscapes, workloads, architecture, and credit consumption.
• Design target-state security architectures, reference architectures, integration blueprints, and deployment patterns across XDR, identity, email, cloud security, and exposure management.
• Lead monthly value reviews, QBRs, EBRs, architecture assessments, security workshops, threat-hunting sessions, CTFs, and tabletop exercises.
• Track adoption, telemetry, risk scoring, renewal health, and security value realization; create remediation and get-well plans when needed.
• Identify expansion opportunities and turn successful customer outcomes into references, case studies, and technical whitepapers.
• Coordinate Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, partners, Product, Engineering, and Leadership around one post-sales security plan.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security consulting, cloud security, security architecture, incident response, or security leadership.
• Strong enterprise security architecture expertise across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Working knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM/XDR, exposure and risk management, identity security, cloud security, or email security.
• Experience with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and connecting architecture decisions to retention, expansion, risk reduction, and business value.
• Executive presence and the ability to advise CISOs, security architects, IT leaders, and business sponsors.

• Experience using automation and AI tools.
• Experience working with partners, MSSPs, or MSPs.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or equivalent enterprise security architecture experience.
