Manager, Internal Audit Quality and Excellence (IT Audits) (UAEN)

What you will do

• Lead technical and non-technical assurance, internal audit, and advisory engagements from planning through reporting.
• Audit renewable energy portfolio management processes across headquarters and hirify.global platforms.
• Use advanced data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial and operational data.
• Prepare and review risk and control matrices, working papers, audit findings, and draft reports.
• Supervise internal and external audit resources, review deliverables, and evaluate service-provider performance.
• Develop and oversee the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, including self-assessments, external reviews, benchmarking, and auditor training needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, management information systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively senior experience in IT or OT auditing, business analysis, program evaluation, or equivalent work.
• Experience auditing corporate and business-unit processes.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing, accounting principles, professional internal auditing standards, and the IIA Code of Ethics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a consultative corporate environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.

Nice to have

• CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CRIC certification.
