Sr. HR Manager (Spain)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across the Spain organization.
• Manage Works Council relationships, including consultations, meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Lead employee relations activities, investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and other sensitive matters.
• Advise managers on Spanish employment legislation, labor regulations, HR policies, organizational change, and talent decisions.
• Strengthen organizational culture, engagement, retention, and employee experience at the growing Madrid site.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement global programs and improve onboarding, development, mobility, and offboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive human resources experience.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience providing strategic HRBP support, including performance coaching and talent planning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly, influence without authority, and use HR systems for data management and reporting.
