Software Engineering Intern (Web)

Location: Menlo Park, California or New York, New York; in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week

Salary: $60 per hour

Building financial products and web applications to democratize finance and support brokerage, crypto, and core customer experiences.

What you will do

• Architect and implement consumer-facing web features and reusable UI patterns with React.
• Build and test products supporting brokerage operations.
• Design frameworks and developer tools that improve web development efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to iterate rapidly on products.
• Work with a mentor from onboarding through production delivery.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program, graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Fluency in JavaScript and/or React Native with strong knowledge of fundamentals.
• Understanding of functional and reactive programming paradigms.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and coding practices.
• Strong communication skills, user empathy, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Menlo Park or New York office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python, Django, and Go.
• Passion for supporting power users and building developer tools.
