Static Equipment Inspector

What you will do

• Perform hold, witness, and surveillance inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities and construction sites.
• Inspect materials and equipment for compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor contractor quality systems, records, and quality personnel.
• Review contractor quality documentation and witness material and installation tests.
• Document non-compliant construction practices, materials, and equipment, and report potential issues.
• Prepare inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports, Worksheets, and Equipment Deficiency Reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant inspection discipline with at least four years of relevant experience, or a technical college diploma with at least eight years of relevant inspection experience.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP Welding Inspector certification is required.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable international standards.
• Knowledge of API 653 and API 510.
• Inspection work is performed at manufacturing facilities, construction sites, and SAUDI ARAMCO facilities in Saudi Arabia.
