What you will do

• Plan and monitor business analysis activities, including stakeholder identification, requirements management, and progress assessment.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs, concerns, and operating environments through interviews and documentation.
• Manage complex requirements conflicts, issues, and changes while maintaining agreement on solution scope.
• Define business needs, develop solution scopes and business cases, and prioritize requirements.
• Design and propose feasible solutions, identify gaps, oversee deployment, and validate business outcomes.
• Execute the strategic direction of business function activities and support complex change initiatives across operations, IT, and product development.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• Extensive business analysis and functional expertise, including knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and change initiatives across operations, IT, or product development.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, conflict management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
