Facility Management Master Data Administrator (1 year temporary contract)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and standardized facility, asset, supplier, contract, maintenance, and financial master data in FM and integrated ERP systems.
• Create, update, classify, and decommission asset records and configure preventive maintenance schedules throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain contract payment schedules, SLAs, NTE limits, pricing structures, and financial mappings.
• Configure data structures, routing rules, coding logic, and integrations that support automated work orders and invoice processing.
• Audit data quality, investigate invoice exceptions, identify process improvements, and support system enhancements and testing.
• Train and support Market Facility Managers, project teams, FM vendors, and Finance/Accounts Payable stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance administration, master data management, contract administration, or related operational support.
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms, ERP-integrated processes, and asset, supplier, contract, maintenance, and invoice data.
• Experience managing complex datasets with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, SharePoint, and Power Platform is advantageous.
• This is a full-time temporary one-year contract based in Stockholm, Sweden.

• Experience in retail, commercial real estate, or multi-site operations.
