What you will do

• Purchase materials according to technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
• Initiate purchase orders, confirm deliveries, and monitor supplier performance against purchase order requirements.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and renew price lists, terms, and conditions.
• Manage assigned suppliers and support the achievement of procurement KPIs.
• Propose and implement approved framework agreements.
• Evaluate bids, verify supplier capacity, and identify new suppliers in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Ability to communicate in English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Previous operations experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and mechanical technologies used in industrial processes is beneficial.
